Absolutely incredible hotel with sympathetic staff and a pleasant restaurant. There were cable television, big windows and closet space in the room, loved that. And btw there were brilliant views of the city! Clean property, brilliant service.
Perfect hotel, airy rooms, STUNNING location. Lovely view of ocean. We loved the restaurant where an incredible breakfast was served.
we liked location and views of this venue. admired bridge view from the window. lots of places to eat so close to the venue, including restaurants and bars. it was the best of san francisco hotels we visited before now.
I appreciated that the hotel was big size and family-friendly. View looking over the city was the reason I booked family suite. All staff was extremely nice, fixed my issues. I dined near the venue at Isa...
no shower was working.
Location was great.
I felt unsafe. There was nothing clean about the hotel. It seemed like a "crack house".
I liked the price and the size of the room.
Very musty smelling, tub didn't drain, no mini fridge (inconvenient, but not a deal breaker in my book), and our room was right next to the ice machine which became very loud in the morning when people wanted ice.
It was cheap
I had to plunge my own toilet when it got plugged up. I had to fix a broken wire in a light and I had to fix the lock on the bathroom door.
The location wasn't bad, quite accessible to transport. The beds were quite comfortable as well. Altho' no laundry facilities available at hotel, there was one close by just around the corner.
There were no reviews available for this motel so we went in blind. Tap in bathroom broken for the duration despite numerous requests for repair. A variety of excuses were given. We were offered another room however we declined this as we had already unpacked and felt sure the tap would be fixed pronto. The toilet got blocked and the manager gave us a key to another room as he told us that it was the "maid's job to use the plunger". Breakfast was a choice of pre-packed danish offered in a plastic crate. Restaurant service next door, altho' open 24 hours, was woeful.
Very convenient to downtown shopping / eating and Wharf shopping / eating. It's near several bus lines.
I'd like a small room refrigerator.
Good location - close to many city attractions.
Complimentary breakfast was a joke - one very sweet cookie wrapped in a foil. That's all.
very good location, close to the marina, restaurants.
breakfast was a joke; no fridge in the room; not so clean and very dark place
The office staff was friendly. There is an elevator which is a big plus. We stayed during Fleet Week, and we were happy to have a room for a reasonable price anywhere in San Francisco.
Lombard Street is noisy twenty-four hours a day. Although our room was in the back, there was still a lot of street noise.
good value for money, very helpfull staff! They have plenty of tips to discover the city. Very kind. Ideally situated to discover the city, parking available, busses nearby. Would recommend it to everyone!
It was just a place to sleep
Light bulbs burned out, one security lock broken, no lik for coffee pot so it did not work. The place was clean.
